House of Hotel Continental Palacete in 1892
The house of the Hotel Continental Palacete was originally built on Passeig de Gràcia in 1863. With the creation of Pla Cerdá's Eixample, the house blocked the passage through Diputació street and for that reason, in 1892, it was dismantled stone by stone and rebuilt on Rambla de Catalunya where it is currently located. In 2018 it was declared a Hotel Monument.
