Intimate session
The Intimate Sessions are concerts that we organize periodically in our hotels. They are free for all guests and friends of the house. In them we take a walk, edition after edition of different musical styles: jazz, blues, soul, R&B, flamenco & Sevillanas, etc.
Managed by Noemi Osorio, we will enjoy an evening of good flamenco, a little rumba and of course sevillanas. And for the most daring, at the end you will be able to demonstrate your skills dancing sevillanas.
The Summer Lovers is an internacional and dynamic band created in 2014 featuring key figures from the Barcelona’s music scene. Led by London born singer/saxophonist Rhys Pyefinch the band plays tribute to some of the history’s greats such as Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra and invites you into the goldern era with their infectious mix of swing and dance floor classics.
With their sensational stage presence and finely tuned elegance this band explodes with energy and depth of musical quality
In their short but intense career the band have played on both national and international stages from Madrid to San Sebastian, Italy to France and in 2019 opened for the Beach Boys at Barcelona’s renowned Festival de Pedralbes.

La potencia de la guitarra de Brian Nonell, su entusiasmo y su vitalidad, son perfectamente correspondidos por el Sr. Blackbeat, cuando se le invita a llenar el escenario con su sabiduría de seis cuerdas. Este último tiene la distinción, el genio y el valor de no utilizar pedales, sino de confiarse a la naturaleza de un instrumento lleno de las firmas de algunos de sus ídolos, como B.B. King y su amigo Ronnie Wood.
Algunas de las referencias de la banda son visibles: el bajo de Alecs “Magic” Slim unido al ritmo implacable del batería Andrew Malet, y la poderosa voz del vocalista y fuerza motriz Reynold Pereira. Como una locomotora, impulsa a la banda hacia ritmos hipnóticos que nadie puede ignorar.
Nonell y Blackbeat fueron invitados por el propio Wood al concierto de Sus Majestades Satánicas en Buenos Aires durante la gira Ole. El brillo de sus ojos demuestra que aún no se han recuperado de la emoción de conocer y tocar con el mismísimo Keith Richards.
